General Terms:

• Visahub Educon Private Limited reserves all rights to change, modify or alter these terms and conditions at any point of time with or without notifying existing customers. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions you should not make any payment to Visahub Educon Private Limited.

• Visahub Educon Private Limited is only Service provider and helps you in your application process with nominal fee and does not relate with any Government Organization/Embassy /Consulate in any way.

• Visahub Educon Private Limited helps you in preparing your application and submission of applications where applicable on your behalf.

• Visahub Educon Private Limited does not guarantee the issuance or Non issuance of any Visa /passports as it is the sole decision of the concerned government department to issue or not issue on basis of verification of your documents and their satisfaction.

• Visahub Educon Private Limited may help you in getting contact details like Email Id, Phone no and Address of Embassy /Consulate /other Related Offices if required by Applicant for any query by Himself.

• Visahub Educon Private Limited will not be able to help you in arranging any type of forged documents from their side i.e. bank statements, duplicate ITR, Duplicate Experience letter or any other fake documents required to process your file.

• In case any document/information found to be false in regard to your application by concerned organization, only you will be responsible for that, and Visahub Educon Private Limited will not be able to help you in that matter, and will not refund any amount either paid to us or to the Concerned Organization.

• Visahub Educon Private Limited expect to prepare your application and submit the application where applicable within 02 TO 05 working days after receiving the cleared payment and the complete information and documents required in regard to your application.

• Visahub Educon Private Limited does not guarantee the time take by Embassy /Consulate/Other Related Organizations to process your application, and we cannot interfere in this matter with them for faster processing.

• Customers of Visahub Educon Private Limited also explicitly agree that only courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and conditions, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

• Customer will have to bear all fees which are charged by the Concerned Organization related to your application.(Embassy /VFS fee, passport office fee and bank charges applicable on international currency transactions )

• Visahub Educon Private Limited will charge you in Indian rupees (INR), and any payment in any other currency will be calculated at the relevant rates of exchange or as charged by Bank.

• Visahub Educon Private Limited will not process application until 100 percent payment is received including Government Charges and our Charges.

Refunds: In Case You Do Not want to continue or Process your Application after you provided all documents and Payment made to Visahub Educon Private Limited by any mode:

• Visahub Educon Private Limited will not refund our Service Charges in any way or any Reason.

• Visahub Educon Private Limited will refund visa fee / Government Charges if the same has not been paid till that time to concerned organization (Embassy/VFS/Passport Office Etc). Charges once paid to concerned organizations are normally Non Refundable OR as per their refund policy if we receive refund from them, we will provide the same amount Refund to you.

• Please mail us on info@visahub.in in case you do not wish to continue or process your application immediately, so that we hold to pay to Concerned Organizations if already not paid.

• Refund if any, will be processed to your account only.
